1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ez wen Casino platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for cause.

ez wen Casino reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on ez wen Casino, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• You will register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. ez wen reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with them.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ez wen Casino are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. ez wen aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. ez wen reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ez wen Casino are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified technology to ensure random and fair outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in regulated studio environments. Game results are final once confirmed by the system or dealer.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ez wen Casino platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ez wen support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ez wen staff through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ez wen Casino platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of ez wen Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ez wen Casino.

9. Limitation of Liability

ez wen Casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ez wen account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ez wen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ez wen Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ez wen Casino implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and ez wen cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ez wen reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balances. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to ez wen, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no fraudulent activity is associated with the account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ez wen Casino support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ez wen Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. In the event of a dispute between you and ez wen Casino, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ez wen Casino's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.
